I get right to the end of checkout & then I'm told - "We're Sorry… Sorry, it doesn’t look like we can go ahead with your order right now. One of our friendly team will be in touch soon to help sort this out for you." I tried just now & several hours ago & have heard nothing
rather than just "hanging about" waiting you could give the Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one. Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can complete your order for you.

Alex I ended up calling customer services just now but am still unable to upgrade my phone. Because I tried several times online & once by phone yesterday, they can't perform any more credit checks. So I now have to wait a month before trying again which makes me angry. This is through no fault of my own. Please let me know here I can make a complaint about this.
