Transfer number from VM

Hi there,

I recently have left VM after many years of great service, they just weren't offering me the best deal anymore.  

I cancelled, waited and asked for my PAC code which I gave to my new supplier and was told that my number would be transferred within 5 days because of the winter break. My number still hasn't transferred and when I contacted my new provider to enquire as to why this was they told me that VM had cancelled the request to transfer the number across.  How am I meant to transfer my number without VM cancelling it?

Hi SwainC,

 

call customer services again and request another PAC (free on 789 assuming your Virgin SIM is still active and you still have it).

0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call).
