I received a test message from VirginMedia,
Said 'Need to pay your bill? Call us on 0800 052 2170'
I currently pay by direct debit anyway so I'm not sure why they would ask that, especially over text? I've been trying to figure out if that number is legitimate or not but no luck.
Been on hold for a long time now so figured I would ask here for a quicker answer.
