I have already cancelled my TV and broadband with Virgin Media, due to appalling service and they more or less begged me to come back to them.I declined, even though they decided to decrease my subscription considerably
Last week I lost my mobile, contacted virgin insurance and they sent me a new phone..the sim they sent didn't fit , so I phoned to tell the advisor, who was quite rude to me as I didnt understand the difference between 'nano' 'mini' and 'standard'.She said another would be sent on Monday.
I came home Monday...no sim, contacted virgin who said the courier couldnt find my house ..its easy to find.
Same happened the next day excuse?Adverse weather ..it was sunny all day.
The following days excuse ?? They had no record of the sim being sent to the courier.......so it obviously hadnt been ordered, by the advisor
Assured last night by advisor it would be here today ...it wasn't ...the excuse It only got to the depot at 7 am this morning
