Terrible Customer Service

I urgently need to speak to someone regarding my new phone and contract but I have been on hold for an hour and the chat function has been saying it's busy since 9am.

This is ridiculous - if I cannot get in touch with someone today I am going to cancel my contract!

Is it always this bad?
