Recently it was brought to my attention that I have had money taken out my account without my permission for the past 11 months for a sim only contract that should have been cancelled. 2 weeks ago and advisor told me I would get it within 3 days. I didn't get it so I called back and another lady told me I would get it within 10 working days. I still have not received it. So called back this morning to be told it's not on my account and I won't be getting it. So how is he working this out? Surely I have proof that it's been coming out my bank and its theft! I cannot speak to another Indian or philapino call centre. How will I get this resolved?
