2 days ago i ordered a mobile phone and a tablet ( a deal found on the first page of the virgin website). I successfully completed the sign up process and set up a direct debit and everything however I never received the contract via email (i checked my junk folders!) I successfully confirmed my email address but I cannot sign in to my mobile account. I decided to wait 24 hours to see if I received any emails or phone calls but nothing. My order ID is:100000056068985.
I'm very disappointed with the service, it won't even let me sign in to the online virgin mobile website, it says "oops something's gone wrong, try again later"
