Suspended service won't resume

My service was suspended 2days ago even though my bill isn't due for 2 weeks. after speaking to an operator I was told it would be reconnected in 15 min, when an hour passed I was told that info was incorrect and it's actually up to 24 hours it's been nearly 30 hours and still no connection anybody able to give some advice? I'm probably going to ask for my pac no and get a new simply if no connection today.

Yes multiple times, and took the sim out and back in again

Sadly you'll need to call in again, it sounds like your account has not been unsuspected, did you resolve the reason it was suspended in the first place, if not then it may have unsuspended and re suspended again and would continue to do so if the original issue is not resolved

ring up and say you leave them for a better network they will sort it out then virgin moblie use EE network which can be a nightmare to sort out the Suspended it took me two phone calls back then
