Why does it ake so long for a replacement sim card to arrive? Royal mail standard delivery is 1-2 day for most items in the UK. Replacement sim was ordered on Sunday 12th, customer service rep said 3-5 days for delivery. Email recieved to say it had been dispatched on the 13th, the email states 5-7 working days. A week without a phone is frustrating, delivery time is ridiculously long!!!
Virginmobile is not very good at looking after it's customers.
Thanks for your post on the Forum. Delivery by Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes. Customers do have the option for paying for next day delivery if needed.
