Why is no-one replying to me ?
I've paid for my service for months and received nothing but terrible customer service and rude, obnoxious staff palming me off with excuses and 'raised tickets'
I've had ENOUGH.
I am pursuing this matter with OFCOM to make sure you cannot hold me liable for the outstanding period of the 'contract'
Appalling level of service and useless tech team, raised tickets and general run-around has forced me down the route of seeking LEGAL advice for which I will not be footing the bill.
No-win no -fee lawyers are at he ready to help me, you do not have long before this advances to the legal realm.
I look forward a to a reply, this is not going to be forthcoming though as I've been messed around that much by VM that I doubt there will be anything you can do to avert this.
