Sim not provisioned

Just upgraded to a smart phone from my Blackberry. Struggling to get it to start and transfer the data. Not helped by the fact that I seem to have been cut off by Virgin and cant use the Blackberry. What do I do now. Need help!!

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your new SIM card. Has this been resolved for you since your last post?

Please let me know what Blackberry you are using and the current OS.
