Sim Not Arrived

Hi 

I still have not received my SIM yet virgin has been fast to set up my billing and start billing me from 9th Jan ? Can you please advise whom I need to contact 1) to ensure I receive my sim I have a tracking order number & 2) ensure billing date starts the day I receive / activate my sim.

Virgin Mobile customer services can be contacted (free call) 150 from a VM landline, 0345 6000 789 from any other line (standard call rate).

They never arrives, your order may be in a parking area somewhere down in virgin mobile servers!!! Call them as many as you can...different people tell you different reasons for not delivering your sim card.
