Setting up voice mail

Im trying to set up voicemail on my mobile. my phone says to call 222. That number will not connect. I spoke to an advisor and they gave me 7953222222, that wont conecct either. I did a web chat and was given 08009534000. That is for business customers, which im not. Any advice please?
