Service disabled + my account code problems.

Hello.

 

Since yesterday morning I've been getting this message on my phone: "Service disabled."

 

Cannot text or phone, cannot access data, but can still use WIFI.

 

I'm away for a few days (but still in a city in the UK) and don't have access to home phone or details but I've also forgotten my password to sign in to 'my account' and when I try to reset it I get a message telling me that Virgin has sent a code to my phone. Which isn't receiving messages.

 

So...any ideas?

Call 0345 6000 789 from any phone, it's local call charges
