Sales issue

I put through an online order on Monday. Received an email asking me to call you which I did to be told in a rather vague way that someone was looking in to it. Still hadn't received any contact by Wednesday so called again to be told I'd get an email at some point. Still nothing today. What the hell os going on?! All I want is a new contract, surely it's not that much of a big ask is it? Please can someone let me know. I'm posting on here as I'm buggered if I'm going to waste my time on the phone to be fobbed off with some sort of vague nothing answer and you've not other way of making contact. Thanks in advance.
