SIM hasn't arrived

Hi guys,

So I was sent an email saying my new Virgin SIM card was on its way on the 9th of February from Virgin, and that my bill would be issued today on the 23rd of February.

The SIM card still hasn't arrived however, what can I do about this?

You need to ring them ASAP.  789 from a Virgin phone, 0345 6000 789 from any other, or 150 from a Virgin landline/

Unfortunately I don't have access to a phone now my old SIM card has run out and my new one hasn't arrived!
