SIM Only Contract: Wrong mobile shown on my account

Hello

How can I change the phone shown on my account to a different model? I now have a Lumia 650.

I have just ordered a tariff change which requires a 4G SIM, and I want to feel assured that the correct SIM format (nano) is sent to me.

Hi bird201,

 

your account will only show phones purchased from Virgin Mobile.

If you bought your phone elsewhere I'm afraid that it can't be displayed in your account.

Not to worry though. The new SIM's Virgin now send out are the triple cut "multi SIM" type.

You just pop out the size you require to fit your device.
