When I set roaming to on it reverts to off as soon as I leave the set up page. I've had a none working phone abroad this year even after setting it. I'm going away again soon and really want to get this sorted.
How do I get this fixed?
I have the same problem - I've turned roaming on four times, each time I get the "We’ve made that change for you" pop-up, but then it reverts to Off.
To make it worse, I've had roaming on the account for 15 years, but only recently swapped from PAYG to contract. Now I wish I hadn't!
when you say that you have recently changed to "Pay Monthly" would that be within the last three months?
For "new" pay monthly customers roaming is off and can't be activated before three months (after three payments have been made).
To get it activated sooner you will have to contact customer services and you may be asked for a £50 deposit
