My partner and I were recently on holidays and used the messaging service to get internet while roaming, a 5£ fee. It look simple but it turn out a nightmare. We follow everything single step that we saw here in the forum to make it work and it never did. With that 5£ were gone.
My question is, how do I get a refund and if not how and where can I complaint about virgin service and wrongly publicity of a service it never worked.
Virgin never failed me before, but for the price I am paying I can get free internet roaming data for only a 1 pound more, with no added fuss about extra 5£ and messages.
Please, if someone can advise, I would appreciate.
Hi, I had the same issue a few weeks ago. When i got back from holiday I phoned VM and explained i could not get it to work even though all settings on the account and phone were set up correctly. they could also see that I had not used any roaming data. I was credited my £5 back
As for complaints, ask the agent while you are on the phone when getting the refund.
