Resetting password when the email is out of date

I have recently changed my mobile phone tariff and now have an online account to view my statement.

However the email details stored on Virgin Media are out of date and was set up when I originally purchased the phone 5 years ago.

I currently get all the emails for Virgin Media about how I can view my statement but the emails and passwords now clash. I reset and the emails wrong I reset the email and the password wrong.

 

This is getting ridiculous

Same problem today and having problems resetting passwords etc. Check your security servers have not been corrupted as when Apple keychain stored passwords are rejected it suggests a problem at Virgins end.
