Resetting Online Account Password

Hi,

 

Please Help. I am trying to register a new mobile to my online account. It is saying that my email address is already registered, and to use that account, but it wont let me log in. I keep getting an error message saying oops something went wrong try again later. This has been going on for 3 days. My old number is no longer active, so cant change my password. I phoned 789, and they said it was working.

I dont have another email address to use 

Please help

Hi Richard,

Your best bet is to ask the agent to remove the old online account and allow you to start again from fresh. You will need to give the agent your old mobile number and pass security to allow them to access your details.

Once they have removed the old account, you can go ahead and register your new number with your email address.
