how do i keep an eye on my childrens accounts if i cant see their usage?

i am having the same problem. i have 3 different mobile numbers on my account. if i can't track usage i will have to move supplier - its essential.
i cant see the recent usage anywhere on the sight. the error message i get is
'Oops, something's gone wrong!'
