Recent Upgrade 4G 20Gig Plan Misleading to Existing Customer

 

Hello ,

 
I am an existing virgin mobile customer . 
 
I recently upgrade my plan to a 4G 5000mins + 20GB (4G) sim only plan online .
 
I was offered this plan at £10/month which included two offers
 
1)  20GB for £15 offer saving £10 a month
2) Monthly tariff discount £5 (Loyality Discount)

Today i was told that i need to pay £15/month instead of £10/month .
 
I tried emailing them theteam@virginmobile.com but received and auto-reply 
Sorry, we no longer pick up mails from this mailbox.

Did anyone came across this situation or some resolution .

Like most offers on everything, only one offer/voucher can be used at the same time.

Without sounding rude, expecting that Tarriff for a teener is taking the pee a bit. :-)

the offer clearly states £15 a month {normal £25} its the same offer if your a Virgin cable customer or not, if you pick Yes or No you get the same price

£15 for a 20GB is quite good really (EE and BT its £18-30, or 3 AYCE £21-£33)
