Problems with mobile number port from EE to Virgin Mobile
I noticed there were problems in the summer with number porting from EE to Virgin Mobile and I am having the same problems now, with no real help from Customer Services.
What was the reolution?
The phone was fine with the temporary number until the port started on Tuesday morning. My EE phone is now out of serivce and my Virgin phone went out of service at the same time and has never come back on. Still saying No Service and a manual connection comes back with cant connect to network.
I'm told the number port completed on Tuesday but there is a fault - no explanation of what. £ different vague stories so far. Received new SIM today which was supposed to solve the problem.
4 hours after inserting new SIM we have no improvement, even after phoning and being told that I should have activated this new SIM!
Well, new SIM supposed to be active now but still no change.
