Problems upgrading handset through "Your Rewards"

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade my wife's handset through the "Your Rewards" section of the site in which there is £30 in credits available to us.

The problem is the phone (Blue ZTE3 Kiss) is showing as in stock with the correct price including discount, but as soon as I click the "buy now" button an error message comes up saying "sorry due to demand this phone is not in stock".

OK, so why is the phone being listed as in stock then?

Is it a website error, and you've got a warehouse full of them but are scratching your heads wondering why none are being bought?

If they are out of stock, any idea when they'll come back into stock?

I just wanted to check if you managed to speak with the team to get some assistance with this?

Just to let you know, you can call 150 free from your Virgin Media landline and follow the options to speak to the mobile team Smiley Happy

Hi IanSR,

 

why not give the team a call on 789 (free) from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

If the phone is in stock they'll be able to sort you out and answer any questions for you.

Yeah got hold of them (realised my bobo after) but they couldn't tell me when the item would be back in stock, so we'll save the rewards for another time.

At least it confirmed the website wasn't broke.
