Problems registering and topping up.

I am a so new customer. Does anyone else experience the problems that I am having.  It took two days for the site to accept the codes that I copied whilst attempting to register.  I copied faithfully the codes that were pinged to me and each time I got "whoops, you have entered the wrong code". Finally today I struck lucky.

I have been attempting to top up my mobile phone account (P.A.Y.G) this evening.  Ten times I have entered the name on my debit card and for some reason it is not being accepted.  Does anyone know something which I don't?

Hi supapinocchio,

 

call customer services (free on 789 from your mobile).

They will register your debit card and top you up Smiley Happy.

Thanks a lot AlexKid for your advice, no doubt I will use it in the future.  I happened to complete my top up late yesterday evening.  The trick appeared to be, to leave all the full stops out of my name as shown on my debit card.  After doing this my name was accepted.  Once again, thank you.
