Hi - Hoping one of the VM team can help here. I have 2 phone numbers with you, both on 3G tariffs. I recently received a letter regarding one of the numbers advising it was going from £8 a month to over £12 as a deal had come to an end. (I was never informed it was a time-limited deal in the first instance) but the other number I have doesn't appear to be increasing from £8 even though it's my understanding they are both on the same tariff. The team in India seemed very script driven and more interested in selling than listening and trying to find a suitable solution.
