Port In

Hi Gus. Urgent help needed please . I moved over from O2 to Virgin Mobile. I have serious issue. I am only receiving only calls from Virgin, EE, T mobile, Orange. I am unable to receive the calls from other network. 

Also I am unable to receive any text message . No text messages. Serious issue. Could someone help me asap. I am not sure if i am allow to post my number here. 

Facetime and iMessges not working either like says waiting for activation which more then  6 days now. No help available form Virgin mobile. I Have called so many times to them . Nothing been done so far. No one can call me . apart from virgin family. Please please help me. Porting was not done properly or an other issue . No calls and text at all.

Hi Ben,

Please could you help me with my number 07468 400 600 not been port in properly . Still nightmare . No luck.

Hi Rory,

 

Its still  nightmare for me. I have called so many time but no help. Nothing been done so far. No one their to help. My number has not been port in yet and not properly. I can make phone calls but can not receive phone calls. Can not receive text messages.
