Poor Complaints System

I have had several issues with my mobile phone bill and have been lied to by the Virgin representatives, I want to make an official complaint as I have tried to phone and complain tonight and been told I can't talk to a manager now but they can phone me and if I want to complain I can write a letter! I was then told I could complain through the website which does not work! Does anyone know how I can make a complaint via email!?!?

My colleagues are correct when they said it's not possible to make a complaint via email. 


When you phone us, you are entitled to complain to a manager if you're not happy with the outcome of what the agent can do for you.
