U disconnected my tel . I wold like to keep thius line as a pay as you go.
I had an unresolved dispute before I travelled. Although I asked my rolling contract to be terminated. It was not.
Please re-instate my line as a pay as you go.
I have no way of calling any body.

Sorry to hear about this.
If you asked for us to terminate the number I regret once this has been done, we are unable to get the number back as it will have been recycled.
You would be able to get a new Pay As You Go SIM with us free of charge by heading to our online store here, however it would be on a new number.
