Phone contract help

I cancelled within the 14days of setting up my contract. Ring the other day to see where my Jiffy bag was and was told the person didn't cancel it. They can't find no notes or phone call of me cancelling what can I do.

Emma, I've replied to your duplicate post in the mobile phone sub forum, please don't post duplicate enquiries as it gets confusing. It's a mainly self help forum where folks like me help out where we can. Staff don't always post and if they do it can take a week or so. They never seem to answer the difficult stuff, but I'm not allowed to mention that sadly
