Phone Upgrade Time

Just recently ordered a phone upgrade

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Opted to keep existing Number

250 Minutes
250MB

£37 a Month

 

Signed the agreement and setup direct debit which suggests its £37 a month
i logged into my mobile account and see this

Previous bill:£768.00
Last payment: £768.00

Your last payment,thank you
Date: 09/12/2015
Payment type: Covered by the credit agreement
Amount: £768.00
 
where does it mention a full payment of this is needed Smiley Sad
 
during adding this to basket it said phone was free, i am a virgin media customer
but when ordering it suggested i wasnt hmm
 
someone please help
