Payments to my account

I tried to pay my latest bill on line, but never received confirmation that it was successful. Upon checking my bank I see it has been paid 3 times. I would like my account updated and the 2nd and 3Rd payments refunded ad need the money.

Hi Cleopatra1066,

 

this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

Whilst it is monitored by Virgin staff, they reply to posts where necessary in date order and it could take some time for you to receive any response here.

Your best course of action would be to call customer services directly (free) on 789 from your mobile.
