Payment question

If i made a quick payment before my due date for direct debit they will take the money again on due date?

If the payment is more than five working days in advance of the direct debit, then yes, otherwise no as the banks require five days notice to set up payments after that it's can't be stopped in time

If you make payment around 4 working days before the Direct Debit is due to be taken, it'll ensure the Direct Debit won't be taken.

 

From the day the bill is generated, there are 10 working days to pay the bill, so anything before the 4th working day will always result in the Direct Debit not being taken.
