Paying my bill

My banking app has deleted my direct debit when my phone crashed how can I resolve this

Call in and reset it before your payment fails 150 or 789 mobile

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that your mobile direct debit has been cancelled. 

Have you been able to call in to Customer Services as J0hn suggested? If not, give us a call on 789 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile), 150 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile or Virgin Media landline) or 0345 6000 789 (from any other phone). You can also get in touch with us via WebChat: Contact Us so that we can reactivate your direct debit.
