Pay Monthly Mobile - unable to "view my recent usage"
Hi, I have three Pay Monthly accounts (for my family) but every time I go to view my recent usage for each account, I get an error "Oops, something's gone wrong! Please try again in a few moments." This is constantly happening and is annoying since I need to check why I'm being charged more than my monthly fee. Any advice? Thanks.

Apologies that the issue with viewing Recent Usage is still ongoing. Checking on this, our technicians are still working on this fault. I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information from our support team.
