Pay As You Go number to my Pay Monthly Account

 

I'd like to transfer my old  Virgin Pay as you Go number to my new Virgin Pay Monthly contract so I don't have to go through the hassle of sending all my contacts the new number.

 

I called 789 but I have a feeling that maybe the operator misunderstood me or I wasn't quite as clear as I could be and she sent me a new micro-sim for the pay as you go number.

Is there an easy way to swap numbers or anything specific I can say on the phone to make the process easier?

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

It is indeed possible to transfer the number over when you're taking out the contract. All you'd need to say is that you'd like to keep the same number and they can get this processed for you with no issues.
