Hi can anybody help me! have been given a puk code from Virgin,it unlocked the phone and told me to put in a new pin no. did this and said verify it so i did it again and pressed ok then it said code error,did it several times, so switched off the phone and turned it back on and to my horror it now says sim card rejected, we have been through all this simply because I forgot the pin code and of course after 3 attempt it locked the phone any help would be appreciated, thanks Carole.
