Have you called Virginmobile to ask them to give you the PUK code to unlock the phone? If you have already tried entering the PUK code several times & it wasn’t accepted then you may require a new SIM card.
How to get your PUK code
Simply visit Your Account, select Plan and device then select the Summary tab your PUK code will one of the option available. Or, call us on 0345 6000 789° from any other phone and we’ll get you back up and running in no time.
