Just found out I have been paying for 2 handsets for 8 months and 11 months over the stated contract , I didn't want to change the handsets but virgin DID NOT amend my payments !!! Daylight robbery £500 overpaid and they will not help in refunding this back can anyone help .... Thanks
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you have been overcharged for your handset contract. What was the result when you reported this to Customer Services? Has this been sorted out for you since your last post?
