Overcharged.

Why has my last bill charged me above my tariff, when there is nothing to reflect this on the breakdown of my bill.  My bill shows that every transaction is within my tariff, but the total shows an additional charge.  There is no 'contact us' facility for me to ask what the extra charge is, and no reflected charge on the breakdown of my bill.  Do they just pluck figures out of the air??

Hi monstermom,

 

you will need to talk to customer services about this.

Give them a call on 789 from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Or you could use web-chat: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile billing and payments > Chat online.

The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(I would recommend using a PC or laptop and keeping the page open, just refresh it every few minutes).
