Received an email last month saying 'oops we overcharged you this month- but don't worry we will credit your bill next month' This month the bill does not show any credit. Called 789 and was told it was credited so I went back and checked. Doesn't appear to be there fellas! Not going to kick up too much fuss, what's £10.16 in the grand scheme of things? Well probably a decision not to renew my contract next time round. Please get it sorted!
