I am contacting you as I believe that I am being overcharged for the
Mobile which you provide. This has been happening since February 1st,
2015, which is unacceptable. To explain in more detail I have a
bespoke deal where i pay £5 a month and this is charged in the way of
a £15 tariff and then £10 credited to my account each month.
This was offered to me when i looked to change a while back.
Unfortunately it has pretty much been a nightmare since day one. I
have been over charged as credits had been missed month after month
as well as promises via phone calls not kept.
After numerous phone calls to resolve this issue the account looks
very messy due to Virgin trying to amend but failing to do so.
Quite simply (as i have explained many times) from
January to December 2015 i should have paid £5 x 12 months = £60.
I have paid out £100
This is still unresolved!!

Sorry for the belated reply. I had hoped that this would be resolved by now but it is still on going and i am towards the end of my tether.
The last call i made (time, date and name of representative recorded), i explained my situation of being over charged for the last 12+ months and was promised a £70 refund into my account and an adjustment to my tariff to reflect the price i was promised and that i agreed to.
The last month i have seen that the tariff has been amended which i am happy with but no sign of a refund. I was told that this would be effective within 3-5 working days.
Is there anything that you could help me with regarding this or will i have to consult external help?
