Ordering a 4G sim and data plan upgrade

I ordered by calling 150 from a landline yesterday and was told after a credit check that my order was successful.

I was informed that I would receive it today, unfortunately it hasn't arrived, what's more it still shows as being with the sender according to the link for tracking I was given which happens to be Yodel, I thought if it was a sim only upgrade that it would be sent by Royal Mail.

I was also informed this evening that it normally takes 3-5 working days, again I was never informed of this.

Can someone in the know give me the correct info as to what the correct sequence is?

I am none to happy at present.

Sims can take up to five working days to arrive, however mine was ordered Tuesday am delivered this morning, ensure you read the instructions first Smiley Happy

If you ordered it yesterday pm, it then needs transmitting to the production facility, producing, packing then dispatching, I'd guess yours will not be out for despatch before Tuesday morning and may arrive Thursday

They don't work weekends doing this stuff

I just wish they could have told me this at the point of order.
