Ordered Pay Monthly SIM only 7 days ago

Hi,

I ordered a pay monthly SIM only 7 days ago and I've been billed but not yet received my SIM. My account says that my order has been "parked" even though I've called in and given all the necessary details for direct debit and was assured the order has been processed properly.

Do I have to wait much longer? Or is there someone that can help me?
