Order not recieved

been waiting for a sim since order was made on Dec 29th, not received.  Tried calling customer service but cant get through, tried online chat and told cant help me as they only deal with new customers and no asssitance through twitter.

any chance a virgin employee might take a glance at this and find out where my order is and when i migt recieve it ??
