Oops something gone wrong

Why can I not change my iPhone account, is it only those changes that reduce Virgin revenue that fail?

Seems to be a mix of phoning 150 via the mobile to wifi link when they did not recognise my password, accent at my end and non British speaker at the other end. So the password was reset and probably typed wrongly. The My Account app works. I have now done a reset of password and confirmed which of my email aliases belongs to the account.

Mat, solved because I am computer literate 30 years in the industry. Virgin do need to sort out their support people and bring it back onshore. The recommended reply is actually my own, go to the website and reset all password without any verbal communication.
