All you need to do is pop in your mobile number, surname and postcode. If you have an online account, it will bring back the email address. If an online account isn't found, then you can go ahead and create one.
If an account is found but you can't remember the password to login, then use the next link to reset your password. You'll need to have your phone with you as you will be sent a text message containing an 8 character code which needs to be entered.

I see from your post here you're a relatively new customer. It sounds like to me you haven't yet registered an account. You need to do this separately for Virgin Mobile so if you follow the link above then you should be fine.
