New bill, just in, differs from the amount of the breakdown. Cannot access billing section in my account so cannot see line by line, but suffice to say figures don't tally. What's going on with the system Virgin ?
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your first bill appears different to you.
I'm not aware of there of being issues with our site this week. In fact I've checked my bill just now and it is showing fine.
Can you log in to your online account?
Is the bill much higher?
