I have tried but can't seem to get anywhere.
Virgin keep passing me about OR cutting me off when I finally do get someone.
I cancelled my unactivated sim within the cooling off period, they still deducted money from my account and no one will tell me when or even if my refund has been processed yet.
how do you get someone from Virgin to listen and act on problems?
DO NOT TOUCH VIRGIN WITH A BARGE POLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET!!!!
